🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 2-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
We strengthen packaging and offer reverse pickup with photo evidence for a smooth process. Delivery of exchanged items takes 7–10 business days.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. If you haven’t received your refund in 15 business days, please contact us.
